In a separate database per practice on servers in the Netherlands. Medical fields are encrypted and every access is recorded in the audit log.
Can I print an invoice for the client's health insurer?
Yes. Invoices show the treatment, the date and your registration details; the client submits them to the insurer.

Frequently asked questions
Do I still need an accounting package or an accountant?
Not an accounting package: full bookkeeping is included, VAT returns too. An accountant can look along with a login of their own, or receive an audit file for the annual accounts.
Do I have to move my domain or email?
No. You start on yourname.praktijkwerkt.nl. We connect your domain when you're ready; your email can run through us, or you keep your own provider.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
The assistant uses it as a starting point: copy, treatments, prices, opening hours and colours. Only when you switch your domain over does the new website take over.
What exactly does the AI assistant do?
It answers questions via WhatsApp and the chat on your website with your own treatments, prices and available times, and can book an appointment. You switch it on or off and can take over any conversation. It does not answer medical questions.
What about privacy and the WGBO?
Every practice has its own, shielded database. Medical data is encrypted, every access is logged, retention periods are built in and there is a data processing agreement.
Can I bring over my client records?
Yes, from Excel or from your current software, for example Da Vinci. We'll help you with it.
